Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may already be in processing or transit.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping, we’re here to help.
- Report damaged items to Support@neosans.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage and your order details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
If deemed eligible, we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or external packaging damage that does not affect the product.
Shipping and Delivery

Incorrect Shipping Address
